Commonauts Live! Boise's Early Underground Reunion II featured Mantooth, Lovey, Juan Fangio and the Commonauts on July 23, 2016 at the Visual Arts Collective in Garden City, Idaho.

Juan Fangio was the third band to take the stage. Their self described genre is "Unforgettable Indie Rock" which they backed up with their kickin' performance at the VAC. A snapshot of the band from their Facebook page: Juan Fangio (original members Sam Merrick, Rick Kosarich, Rich Fuller) formed in a motorcycle accident in 1996. Over their 7 year lifespan, Juan Fangio became beloved regulars during Neurolux's awkward teenage years. Do you remember when they killed it opening for Pavement, or Mike Watt, JJ and the Jack Mormons? How about all those intimate gems with their buddies Bovelexia, Caustic Resin, Kid Corduroy, BTS, Lovey, Stuntman. Man those were the days.
