Eagle Island State Park in Eagle, Idaho is the site of the Bob Firman Invitational and NXR Northwest, two of the region's most competitive and festive prep cross country meets. The races take place on a 5k two loop course that includes dirt trails, a sandy beach, a short steep hill, a fast downhill, and a wide straightaway for the finish line kick.
